It would certainly seem that if you ever spot Lady Gaga the chances are she will always be sporting a pair of very crazy sunglasses to go along with her very mad sense of fashion.

On the other hand this is all her stage act and if you see her walking around doing her everyday business then the chances are she will simply be sporting normal clothes but the sunglasses will remain.
So why does she always wear them?
Well more often than not it is simply because it is her thing; you will hardly ever see her without them. It’s a fashion statement more than anything but other reasons could be because she just doesn’t want the camera flashes in her eyes. I hardly think it is not wanting to be recognised as you will know it is her from a mile away.
You will never see here in cheap glasses and she has been seen wearing all kinds of sunglasses from the normal ones like aviator sunglasses to the really strange looking ones.
Perhaps the coolest prize currently doing the rounds is the Bestival 2009 fancy dress competition. Design and make your own costume, send in some pictures, and if successful, win entry to the festival for life! If you are intending to go to next week‘s festival of music and merriment on the Isle of Wight, make sure you enter the fancy dress contest!
Bestival 2009 features Lily Allen for the first time in three years, who will be performing on stage on Saturday evening. Not only will she be one of the headliners and most awaited acts, but those who attended in 2006 will remember her ‘bunny’ costume with her large floppy pink ears. This costume stole the show and made her a massive hit with the crowd. Such was her embracing of the spirit of Bestival, she has enthusiastically agreed to judge this year’s fancy dress costume competition.
If you wish to enter, all you have to do is get creative and make your costume and then send in a picture to the following address: fancydress@bestival.net. The theme for this year is a ‘Space Odditity’, so come on all you budding Barbarellas and charming Chewbaccas get busy with the glue and sticky back plastic! Lily will then pick the top five entrants each month, before eventually selecting a winner. If that happens to be you, then you can plan to attend the Bestival free of charge for the rest of your life. Wow!

The other Britney items - which were provided by Tri Star Sports and Entertainment group on the 26-year-old’s behalf - include costumes from her ‘Drive Me Crazy’ and ‘Oops, I Did it Again’ tours, a blue and white Santa dress she wore in a Christmas Pepsi ad in 2000, and the orange coat and trousers she wore to the Billboard Music Awards earlier that year.
